SoDA membership is open to directors, executives, governance professionals, academics, and emerging leaders across Africa who are committed to advancing ethical leadership and corporate governance. Specific requirements vary by membership tier.
Members can upgrade at any time by contacting our membership team. Your remaining membership period will be prorated, and you'll only pay the difference for the upgraded tier. Fellowship accreditation requires a separate application and review process.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and mobile money payments for most African countries. Corporate memberships can also be paid via invoice for organizational billing.
Yes! We offer corporate membership packages for organizations wanting to enroll multiple executives. These include volume discounts, customized training programs, and dedicated account management. Contact us for corporate rates.
Membership fees are reviewed annually. Current members are typically protected from fee increases for 12 months from their joining date. Any changes are communicated at least 90 days in advance.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to benefits until the end of your paid membership period.
